Description:
Zillow Group seeks a dynamic Human Resources Manager supporting the technology organization. They will be integral in supporting our technology teams through Zillow’s 2.0 mission and achieving our goal of one integrated transaction. The HRBP Manager leading this function will have a unique view into how their clients need to support our Zillow Home Loans, Premier Agent and, ShowingTime+ to achieve our broader company goals. This leader is a strategic advisor to executives, management, and employees. This role reports to the Director of HR.
Lead a team of three plus HRBPs to collaborate with senior executives, technical business leaders, HR Director and broader HR to establish HR plans and solutions to achieve strategic business initiatives and deliver results.
Act as liaison between employees and management to answer questions or concerns regarding company policies, practices, and regulations.
Partner with leaders at multiple levels and their teams to develop and execute HR strategies and activities that champion growth, innovation and organizational effectiveness. This includes implementing programs, processes and tools to help set managers and employees up for success.
Conduct human resources needs analysis in areas such as performance management, employee relations, compensation, career development, equity and belonging, and leadership development and drive the appropriate solutions in these areas.
Counsel senior leaders on maintaining positive employee relations for a wide range of issues. May include conducting investigations in response to Employee Relations issues and recommend/implement courses of action based on investigation results.
Support the analysis and facilitation of cultural initiatives through influence and coaching to cultivate an environment that reflects our core values and leadership principles.
Own the communication and rollout of HR programs and projects.
