Hr Generalist

 

Description:

What you'll do:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and issues.
  • Assist with the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans and leave policies.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance management and improvement plans.
  • Maintain the HR Information System (HRIS) and ensure data accuracy.
  • Generate HR Reports and metrics as needed for management and compliance purposes.
  • Assist in organizing company events, recognition programs, and team-building activities.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, related field, or equivalent relevant job experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on HR generalist functions.
  • 1-2 years of payroll experience.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
