Description:
What you'll do:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and issues.
- Assist with the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans and leave policies.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance management and improvement plans.
- Maintain the HR Information System (HRIS) and ensure data accuracy.
- Generate HR Reports and metrics as needed for management and compliance purposes.
- Assist in organizing company events, recognition programs, and team-building activities.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, related field, or equivalent relevant job experience
- 2-3 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on HR generalist functions.
- 1-2 years of payroll experience.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
