Description:
Job Responsibilities
- Manage onboarding and offboarding tasks (e.g., orientation scheduling, exit checklists)
- Prepare ad hoc documents such as offer letters and employment verification letters
- Provide benefits administration support such as benefits data entry and file uploads to benefit carriers
- Assist with Employee Handbook updates and department annual reviews
- Assist with HR data audits
- Process HR invoices
- Assist with HR related events (e.g., service awards, staff outing)
- General administrative and recruiting support for the HR team (e.g., manage job descriptions and postings; schedule interviews; data entry)
- Review and approve HR and benefit changes
- Conduct research for HR related tasks and initiatives
- Coordinate legal admin team meetings
- Process invoices for HR related vendors
- Various other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor’s degree; prior HR internship experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and process; the ability to organize, prioritize, and multitask high volumes of work
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills, with discretion around sensitive firm information and confidential employee matters
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel and good computer technology skills; knowledge of an HRIS platform a plus
- Creative problem-solving skills and approaches new situations with curiosity and a positive attitude
- The ability to build rapport with internal clients (our partners and employees)
- Passion for going above and beyond to create excellent service experiences
- Ability to handle and maintain confidential information
- Ability to work well independently but also function as part of a team
