Assist with the coordination of HR functions for an operating unit.
Work with Talent Acquisition on job postings, recruitment, and selection process. May prepare job postings to fill vacancies.
Assist or coordinate timekeeping and/or payroll processing for organizational unit.
May initiate systematic personnel changes for organizational unit. Analyze various HR data for quality improvement recommendations.
Assist with implementing policies to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations. Assist with project management functions.
May provide direct and/or indirect supervision to exempt and non-exempt staff (i.e., hiring/firing, performance evaluations, disciplinary action, approve time off, etc.).

Required Education
Bachelor’s Degree
Four (4) years of relevant work experience and/or other specialized training can be used in lieu of education requirement.
