Description:
Job Duties/Functions
The HR clerk:
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date electronic human-resource files, records, and documentation.
- Answers frequently asked questions from applicants and employees relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes.
- Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human-resource files and records.
- Conducts new-hire interviews.
- Conducts employee verifications (E-Verify)
Qualifications
The HR clerk must have:
- Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to use Microsoft products.
- Communication and organization skills.
- A proven ability to work effectively in a team environment with fellow team members.
