As a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), you are part of a talented team of HR professionals working in a highly matrixed and collaborative role. This role is responsible for partnering with our senior leadership team to drive talent strategies to achieve business results. The ideal candidate understands the unique needs of supporting a wide array of fast-paced customer service functions ranging from sales and distribution to underwriting and actuarial. Candidates must be able to flex between strategic talent management and tactical problem solving.
Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To
- Develops and drives talent strategies to achieve results through a deep understanding of key business strategies.
- Provides strategic HR consultation to business leaders to support the execution of business goals and partners with HR Centers of Excellence to maximize the strategic value of HR.
- Provides guidance to leaders on strategic HR initiatives, including organizational design, restructuring and change management.
- Collaborates with HR Centers of Excellence to execute cyclical talent management efforts, including talent review, succession planning, performance enablement, talent calibration, compensation planning, etc.
- Provides guidance and counsel to leaders on HR-related questions and triages with the HR Centers of Excellence to resolve day-to-day HR-related challenges with business leaders.
- Leverages HR data and drives strategies to improve retention, engagement and diversity & inclusion outcomes.
- Understands the enterprise strategy and ongoing transformation of our business and keeps a pulse on internal and external trends impacting talent.
- Leads HR project work and/or large-scale cross-functional teams as assigned.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Human Resources Business Partner experience.
- Demonstrated experience providing strategic HR consultation and solutions to senior business leaders.
- Strategic and critical thinking, conflict resolution and decision-making skills
- Ability to leverage and analyze HR data to inform talent strategies and decision making.
- Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative nature.
- Proven planning, organization, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to instill trust and influence across all levels.
- Strong business acumen.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.
