Description:
Responsible for providing strategic HR support to the assigned business unit/department including, helping to administer URENCO USA HR programs and provide overall department support. Develop and execute a human resource plan that is aligned to the company strategy and organizational goals in conjunction with department managers.
Work both strategically and hands-on to deliver results for the business unit/department. A HR Business Partner engages the resources of the broader HR organization to enable the execution of this strategy.
