Description:
What You'll Do:
- Primary response contact for high volume/medium complexity ServiceNow cases across all CS sites
- Maintain SLA response times in SNOW, Slack, and E-mail
- Responsible for pre/post-hire activities, including orientations, new hire paperwork, and completing I-9/E-Verify compliance tasks
- Maintain and update new hire orientation, benefits, and graduation presentations
- Review and update CS team members' timesheets applicable to Chewy and CS policies
- Maintain HRIS data entry/integrity for Customer Service Organization
- Process team member data changes to ensure accurate payroll records such as shift differential changes, site transfers, etc.
- Review and process terminations in Workday
- Maintains new hire trackers, including I-9 status, training attendance, E-Verify Compliance, etc.
- Maintain internal repository, which houses policies, resources, and templates
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years’ experience, preferably in ServiceNow
- Ability to learn HRIS systems (Workday, ADP, & Kronos)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel
- Detail-oriented; demonstrates strong organizational and time management skills and strong data entry skills
- Customer service focused, passionate about process improvement, self-motivated, and able to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
