Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service:
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing timely and professional responses to inquiries
- Address and resolve client issues or concerns with a focus on customer satisfaction
Travel Booking and Planning:
- Assist clients with travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries
- Research and recommend travel options based on client preferences and budget
Administrative Support:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating with other team members
- Prepare and maintain documentation, reports, and presentations as required
Data Entry and Management:
- Accurately input and update data into company systems and databases
- Maintain organized records and ensure data integrity
Assistant:
- Provide support to senior consultants and other team members as needed
- Assist with project coordination and follow-up tasks
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer service, administrative support, or related fields
- Experience with travel booking and planning is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
