Homeworke is an innovative new platform designed for real estate pros that connect homeowners with trustworthy and vetted professionals to repair and/or maintain their properties. Homework is experiencing extraordinary growth and looking for a key dynamic, energetic, and growth-oriented individual who is ready to help our company continue to gain a strong footing in the Chicagoland area and help us ready our expansion into other major markets.

The Homeguide is responsible for ensuring clear communication between the customer and the service provider. Our number one priority is customer satisfaction by making the process of obtaining estimates and getting the service done as stress-free and enjoyable as possible. The Homeguide will also be entrusted with providing extraordinary service and support to requests from our Real Estate pro partners as we help keep them top of mind with their clients. The full-time position requires strong organizational skills, communication skills, bilingual is a huge plus, problem-solving skills, a positive can-do attitude, and an ambition to learn, grow and become a leader in the company.
