Description:
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Training Program Designer to support the creation of training materials and scripts for audio and video content
- Assist with the design and production of marketing materials and information graphics while ensuring alignment with the HUB brand guidelines
- Participate in planning sessions to provide creative insights to improve content
- Gather and incorporate feedback from training leaders and stakeholders to elevate and enhance projects
- Collaborate effectively with various departments to achieve training initiatives
- Support Training Supervisor and Manager on other training tasks or projects as assigned
Required-Preferred Qualifications:
- Preferred 1-2 years of experience in working with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator) or other graphic design or multimedia tools
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to effectively convey clear and concise ideas
- Strong collaboration skills and willingness to learn from feedback
- Growth mindset and staying current with the latest visual design technologies and trends
- Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Communications and/or related fields
