Health Technology is on a mission to empower users and communities to take control of their health by making it simple, engaging, and accessible. Payer Product Strategy enables Health Tech to allocate resources effectively, both within and across product and channel portfolios, by providing a holistic understanding of our hardware and software products relative to healthcare markets, insurance dynamics, and opportunities to meet customer health and wellness needs. We translate this into actionable recommendations for long-term product roadmaps and partnerships, and work with Product, Engineering, Partnerships and other cross-functional leaders to maximize impact for Meta.The Health Technology team is seeking an experienced health and wellness strategy leader to lead healthcare subsidy strategy for Meta’s hardware and software products. The role will develop and execute payer, provider, and channel strategy aimed at improving health outcomes and engaging users in wellness. The right individual will bring hands-on experience with enabling health-based subsidies for novel products and services, including HSA/FSA and employer wellness programs, as well as medical insurance reimbursement. The person in this role will drive data-driven decision-making and engage with healthcare stakeholders internally and externally on joint programs, including with payers, providers, academic research organizations, and regulatory bodies as needed, as well as interface with leadership across teams at Meta. Success in this position will require a deep working understanding of the health and wellness industry, pre-tax and post-tax health economic models, business analytics, and major healthcare and insurance players especially in the U.S..
