Description:
They are seeking a talented Head of Social Media to join their team. The Head of Social Media will play a crucial role in shaping and executing their social media strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy and Leadership:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy.
- Provide strategic insights to the executive team on social media trends, engagement metrics, and opportunities for growth.
- Manage and oversee all social media accounts whilst sticking to our brand guidelines, and ensuring a consistent and engaging brand voice/ tone.
- Responsible for the full suite of management when it comes to Social Media including liaising with agency partners to script, create, film, produce and put live social media content.
Content Creation and Management:
- Create and curate high-quality, engaging content for various social media platforms, including Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and others in a native way.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce visually appealing and impactful multimedia content.
- Work with inhouse designers and external agency partners to manage the full suite of content, from video or UI assets in ways which are native for each platform.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure timely and relevant posts.
- Launch on new social media platforms where they currently do not have a presence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in social media management, with at least 5-7 years in a leadership role within the tech sector.
- Proven expertise in managing social media accounts and campaigns, particularly in the AI, ML, or blockchain
