Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director/Senior Director to lead our efforts in how we connect with individuals and loved ones in need of hearing care and hearing aids. In this pivotal role, you will oversee a team of 1 0+ talented professionals dedicated to managing the Healthy Hearing website and team focusing on driving leads to independent hearing clinics in the US. The primary focus is on optimizing organic website traffic, driving high-quality lead generation, and ensuring those leads are ultimately converted to hearing aid fittings.

As a senior leader within our U.S. organization, and a key member of a global company with over 20,000 employees, you will be instrumental in integrating cross-functional efforts and collaborating with stakeholders at both regional and global levels. Your strategic vision and expertise in the medical device industry, coupled with your ability to manage and inspire teams, will be vital to achieving our mission of helping individuals access life-changing hearing solutions. This position reports to the Vice President of Marketing within US Wholesale.

This position will require being on site in our Somerset, NJ office on Tuesday/Thursday.

Responsibilities
 

  • Lead a team of 10+ professionals responsible for website management, customer support, sales and outbound calling.
  • Full P&L responsibility for Healthy Hearing
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive organic website traffic growth and optimize the user journey for maximum conversion.
  • Develop a strategy to grow the B2C database and efforts to nurture leads in the database.
  • Utilize analytics to monitor performance metrics, identify trends, and implement data-driven improvements to the marketing funnel.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including U.S. leadership, digital marketing teams, and global colleagues, to align strategies and share best practices.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the medical device market and customer needs to inform digital marketing strategies.
  • Champion innovation and team development by fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
     

Qualifications
 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
     

10+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on direct-to-consumer strategies in the medical device or related healthcare industry.
 

  • Proven expertise in website management, organic traffic optimization, and lead conversion through digital means and outbound calls (e.g., email, call centers).
  • Strong analytical skills and experience leveraging data to drive marketing decisions and optimize funnels.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a track record of managing teams of 10+ individuals.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and operate effectively in a matrixed organization.
  • Experience working within a global organization and managing international relationships is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to balance strategic oversight and hands-on execution.
