This is a pivotal role designed for a visionary leader committed to propelling our Consumer PR division to unprecedented global heights, with an emphasis on North American markets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Thought Leadership and Industry Positioning: Act as the group's leading voice, providing innovative insights into consumer PR trends and setting new benchmarks for excellence. Your vision will help carve out a distinctive position for the agency in the marketplace.
- Client Service Excellence: Utilize your exceptional strategic acumen and creative prowess to elevate our portfolio of prestigious brands, setting new standards in client satisfaction and engagement.
- Unified Team Strategy: Forge strong connections across various departments, championing a cohesive strategy that ensures stellar service delivery in line with our agency's overarching goals.
- Leadership and Talent Development: Lead a vibrant team of approximately 50 professionals, inspiring and nurturing their talents, fostering a culture of growth and innovation.
- Business Expansion: You have an eye for opportunity, and will spearhead efforts to broaden our consumer PR portfolio, integrating cutting-edge strategies to attract and sustain a clientele that values innovation and excellence.
Requirements:
- Inspirational Leadership: 15+ years of demonstrated senior leadership prowess in the PR Agency realm, with a flair for motivating and guiding a diverse team towards achieving shared visions. (current EVPs, SVP's, MD's are encouraged to apply)
- Business Growth: Crafting strategies and building strong relationships that will result in both incremental growth of existing business but a steady flow NEW BUSINESS
- Thought Leadership: A charismatic and insightful thought leader, ready to engage both internally and externally with compelling narratives that advance the agency's stature.
- Communication Mastery: Exceptional ability to articulate strategies and visions, ensuring seamless internal collaboration and impactful external representation.
