Your Responsibilities

  • Brand Strategy Development: Lead the creation and execution of our brand's content and design strategy, including messaging, tone, design, and overall brand experience.
  • Team Management: Manage and mentor a team of content writers and designers, fostering a creative and collaborative work environment. Oversee the recruitment and management of freelancers as needed.
  • Content Creation & Management: Oversee the creation of compelling, high-quality content across various platforms (website, social media, marketing materials) that resonates with our audience and drives engagement.
  • Design Oversight: Ensure that all visual elements (graphics, images, videos) align with our brand identity and enhance our content's effectiveness.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, product, and other teams to create synergistic content strategies that support overall business objectives.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor content performance using analytics tools, and report on content effectiveness to inform future strategies and drive continuous improvement.
  • Innovation: Stay abreast of content and design trends, and explore new ways to engage our audience and enhance our brand.
  • Brand Activation Initiatives: Plan and execute, in close collaboration with Growth Marketing and Product Marketing, innovative brand activation initiatives that resonate with our target audience and enhance brand visibility.
  • PR: Develop and execute PR strategies that enhance the brand's public image and media presence.
  • Social Media: Oversee social media strategies, ensuring content aligns with brand voice and goals, and engaging effectively with the audience. Monitor social media and PR metrics, using insights for strategic improvements.

What we look for in you

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in brand management, content creation, PR, and design, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of content marketing and brand storytelling in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Expertise in branding, content marketing, PR, and social media strategies
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience managing both internal teams and external contractors.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Hubspot.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically, with a keen eye for detail.
