As part of the Americas GTM team, the Head of Account Management role will have the opportunity to really make a mark on the future success of GBG, and our record of achievements. Working from our Atlanta headquarters, the role will report to the Managing Director within this fast paced and acquisitive organisation.

 

What you will do

This role will oversee our client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and longevity. You’ll spearhead strategies to both nurture current clients and attract new ones. Leading a dedicated team, you’ll collaborate with other departments and support our sales efforts, all while maintaining the high standards GBG Americas is known for. This position requires strategic leadership, relationship management, and effective collaboration with other teams, particularly during Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with the Technical Account Management (TAM) team. Reporting to the Managing Director and closely aligned with our enterprise and partnership sales teams, you’re expertise in nurturing client relationships, expanding our client base, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality service will be crucial for advancing GBG Americas in the industry.
