Are you an experienced Workday HCM Consultant with a passion for driving impactful HR transformations? We want to hear from you!
We’re looking for a Senior Workday HCM Consultant to join our team in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will have:

✅ Workday HCM Certification (Core and/or Recruiting preferred)
✅ Minimum 5 years of experience in implementation and/or end-to-end enhancements, ideally with Workday and PeopleSoft
✅ Proven ability to lead projects and communicate effectively across teams (no technical jargon, we value clear communication!)
✅ Experience in developing and delivering impactful training programs
✅ A Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, IT, or related field
✅ PeopleSoft familiarity is a plus
✅ Local candidates are highly preferred
