Description:
As Headway’s Growth Marketing Lead, you’ll play an integral role in building and scaling Headway’s growth marketing function. Reporting directly into Headway’s Provider & Patient Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for building a provider acquisition growth engine that will allow us to scale efficiently.
You will:
- Independently manage the strategy and execution of our existing paid marketing channels (paid search, paid social, etc)
- Ship campaigns across paid channels to drive provider leads and strengthen Headway’s relationship with our providers
- Analyze the effectiveness of paid campaigns, draw insights, and own reporting to stakeholders
- Build and execute on a growth marketing roadmap that both improves existing channels and validates/launches new channels
You will love this role if…
- You have 3-7 years of growth/performance marketing experience, preferably in health tech
- You have direct experience launching, managing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across multiple channels, particularly paid search and paid social
- You have an analytical mindset and experience with A/B testing, marketing attribution, measurement, and reporting

- You have strong track record of driving quantifiable results
