Description:

JOB DUTIES:

  • Assist in processing school group reservation data using Patron Manager (CRM built on Salesforce Platform), including invoicing, creating schedules, and tracking scholarships and other data.
  • Assist in annual updating of school group reservation processes.
  • Assist with preparation for school group field trips to the Museum, including reviewing upcoming schedules, preparing clipboards, chaperone schedules, and preparing lunch spaces.
  • Support school groups during Museum visits, including arrival check-in processing, assisting lead chaperones, and transitions guidance.
  • Support teachers and chaperones at the Museum by answering questions about schedules, exhibits, and emergencies.
  • Assist in field trip outreach to school groups.
  • Work closely on daily administrative school group logistics with Group Tours Manager and Student Experience Manager.
  • Work closely with Museum Educators, Group Tour Coordinator, Volunteer Manager, Director of Education, Senior Director of Education, and Chief Education Officer, as needed.
  • Provide support to the Education Team in all its activities, as needed.
  • Work occasional Museum evening and weekend programs, as needed.
  • Assume other tasks, projects, and responsibilities, as assigned.
