Graphics Coordinator

Description:

• Performs, process, maintains and improves all technical aspects in the graphics area to include
• Customer relationships, art files/designs, implementation for current and new jobs/product
• production and responsible for all graphic projects for the local major customer as well as other
• smaller size customers if time allows.
• Ensures the integrity of customer approvals and press-side approvals.
• Coordinates and Liaison with Customer (and the Regional Account Mgr) regarding designs, graphics and color issues.
• Effectively coordinates and communicates with Customer regarding new, improved or changed artwork and designs and graphics apply stringent controls to color and ink issues.

Requirements:

• Technical degree in Graphic Design or similar.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in Gravure and or Offset pre-press printing.
• Excellent PC skills including Microsoft experience (Excel, Word). Must also process excellent skills with Macintosh G3, Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with particular ability to work within team environment.
