Description:
The Graphic Designer III is responsible for executing various creative projects to align with stakeholders goals and objectives. You will collaborate closely with the Associate Creative Director and Senior Designers to design print and digital deliverables for product launches, sales incentives, events, and global campaigns from approved concepts. You will be expected to design assets that align with brand standards and follow best practices.

What you'll do
- You design various campaign deliverables including presentations, emails, MMS images, animated gifs, digital ads, mobile application banners, web heroes, brochures, catalogs, social media posts, flyers, event signage, packaging, infographics, etc.
- You create layouts with an expert understanding of composition, font hierarchy and messaging flow.
- You follow brand guidelines, including logo usage, typography, photography style, color usage and other design elements to create innovative visual solutions.
- You are responsible for image selection in deliverables that align with campaign objectives and brand standards.
- You manipulate photos including photoshopping product into images, altering color, adding/removing items and building renders based on job specs.
- You receive and apply constructive criticism to improve cohesiveness of campaign deliverables.
- You maintain version control throughout production of deliverables.
- You thrive in a fast-paced organization – work within established project management software to meet tight deadlines and stay within target hours.
- You prepare files for print production and approve hard and soft proofs from vendors.
- You work within an organized server/DAM environment and adhere to existing labeling and archiving techniques.
You should have
- Bachelor's
- Associate Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications or related field.
- 3–5 Years in graphic design utilizing Mac OS & Adobe Creative Suite.
- You must have a portfolio that demonstrates proficiency in a variety of design styles including print, media, social media channels and web.
- You have proven print/pre-press experience.
- You have a proficient understanding of the Pantone color system and proven knowledge of design fundamentals/principles including typography, composition, and color theory.
