Prepare and edit marketing and communications materials for internal and external audiences
Transfer content from existing product documentation to a new branding template
Write and maintain content for internal and external websites and pages
Review documents for grammatical accuracy and proper formatting
Update branding on product images
Export and deliver product documentation in a web-ready format
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Minimum:
High School diploma (or equivalent) and 2 years of related experience
Strong excellent grammar, editing, proofreading and formatting skills
Strong understanding of Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat Pro and Adobe Photoshop
Understanding of Publication Design principals including cohesive formatting and document layout
Ability to work with layered Photoshop documents to update branding in product images
Ability to work unsupervised with tight deadlines
Ability to apply acquired job skills and company policies and procedures to complete assigned tasks
Ability to work under general supervision. No instructions needed on routine work and general instructions given on new lines of work or special assignments
