Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create design concepts that align with our brand's messaging and goals.
- Maintain consistency of visual elements across all media, ensuring alignment with brand identity.
- Assist in creating visual assets for presentations, promotional materials, and advertisements.
- Prepare final designs for print production and ensure they meet required specifications.
- Manage and organize design files, ensuring quick access and version control.
- Provide creative input on various design projects, including brainstorming sessions and concept development.
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technology to maintain cutting-edge design practices.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a graphic designer with a portfolio of high-quality work (design samples required).
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
- Ability to translate marketing concepts into visually appealing graphics.
- Attention to detail with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Knowledge of web design principles, including UX/UI, is a plus.
