Description:
The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating high-quality, engaging visual content for a variety of platforms, including billboards, on-property signage, restaurant menus, marquee graphics, social media, email campaigns, and more. This individual will work under the Marketing Manager, collaborating with the team to design materials that enhance promotions, events, and branding. They will also maintain the casino’s website and support on-property events, including some evenings and weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and produce creative content using the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Dreamweaver, etc.).
- Create and update materials such as billboards, on-property signage, menus, and promotional graphics.
- Maintain and update the casino website with current promotions, menus, and events.
- Manage social media platforms, creating compelling posts and campaigns to engage our audience.
- Design mailers, flyers, and promotional materials for direct marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop creative ideas for promotions, events, and marketing initiatives.
- Assist with planning and execution of events, including setup and on-site support as needed.
- Ensure all designs align with brand standards and project objectives.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, tools, and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the team.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro required; After Effects and Acrobat are a plus).
- Strong graphic design skills with an eye for layout, color, and typography.
- Experience managing and updating websites with Dreamweaver (basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus).
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation for Facebook, Instagram, etc.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings and weekends for events as needed.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and problem-solve.
- Previous casino, hospitality, or entertainment industry experience is a plus.
