Description:
Responsibilities (including but not limited to)
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and build omni-channel retail campaigns from the ground up (web, email, SMS, store signage, etc).
- Assist the Marketing Manager in creating and executing design concepts for various projects
- Produce high-quality graphics and layouts for print, digital media, packaging, merchandise, and accessories.
- Offer creative solutions to visually educate consumers on a Skymint shopping experience.
- Work with suppliers and to ensure graphics for packaging, merchandise, and accessories are production-ready.
- Ensure all designs align with the brand's visual identity and guidelines.
- Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines.
- Provide input and contribute to brainstorming sessions for new marketing/design ideas.
- Maintain an organized repository of files.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and design techniques.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
- 1-2 years’ experience in Graphic Design
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Cross functional collaborator, as well as independently motivated
- Must be 21 years of age and able to pass a background check
