Equal Rights Advocates (ERA) is dedicated to protecting and expanding economic and educational access and opportunities for women, girls, and gender-expansive people. Through litigation, advocacy, and public education, we challenge discrimination and advance gender, racial, and economic equity in workplaces, schools, and society at large.
Project Overview
ERA is seeking a skilled graphic designer to design our Annual Report. We have an existing general design template, and the project will involve taking this piece of existing collateral and expanding it to a 6-8 page printed report featuring client stories, financials graphs, photos, and designed images. The final report should be visually engaging, professional, and reflective of ERA’s mission and branding.
Scope of Work

• Design Layout: Create a cohesive layout for a 6-8 page printed report based on the existing design template provided by ERA, ensuring it is visually appealing and consistent with ERA’s branding.
• Content Integration: Incorporate provided text, images, and data into the report design.
• Design Visual Elements: Create small, designed elements/visuals to reflect the data presented in the report, e.g. icons to convey a visual story of impact data.
• Revisions: Collaborate with ERA’s team to make revisions and adjustments as needed.
• Final Deliverables: Provide print-ready files in the required formats.
