Overview: Macho Marketing is a dynamic A-Z marketing company dedicated to serving The Continental Automotive Group, our primary client. We handle a wide range of marketing activities, including print, web, radio, billboards, TV, social media, events, and more. We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team and contribute to the success of our projects.

Duties (include but are not limited to):

• Brainstorming and Mocking Up Design Ideas: Generate creative concepts and visual designs to support various marketing campaigns.

• Presenting Ideas to Dealers: Effectively communicate design concepts to dealership clients, ensuring alignment with their vision and goals.

• Meeting with Dealers and Adjusting Designs: Collaborate with dealership clients to refine and adjust designs based on their feedback and preferences.

• Using Computer Software to Execute Designs: Utilize advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud products, particularly Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, to create high-quality designs.

• HTML Knowledge Preferred: While not required, knowledge of HTML is a plus for creating and editing web-based designs.

• Working with External Partners: Coordinate with printers, managers, radio stations, and corporate companies to ensure the successful completion of projects.

• Flexibility: Assist with additional tasks and duties as needed to support the team's goals and objectives.

Technical Skills:

• Adobe Creative Cloud: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign is essential.
