Description:

What you will do:
Create and maintain brand consistency throughout all on- and offline channels globally across the Global Marketing organization
Partner with the Art Director to ensure marketing graphics have a consistent creative direction and brand identity and that all collateral complies with Timberland brand standards
Create designs for social media, eCommerce banners, and email
Create templates and visuals for Keynote and PowerPoint presentations for our internal meetings and conferences
Partner with the Creative Direction and Art Director to design the new brand book.

How you will do it:
Utilize a variety of digital design tools, and ensure inspiring and innovative ideas and campaigns
Share knowledge and expertise with other members of the Creative team, and provide inspiration, knowledge, and guidance to other members
Support the final toolkits executions for Seasonal Advertising Campaigns
Build collaborative relationships with the entire marketing team, including the Senior Manager, Brand Design, the Manager of Digital Art Direction, and the Manager of Environment
