Key Responsibilities:

Design & Creation

• Develop and design packaging labels for a variety of products, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
• Create high-quality graphics, layouts, and visual elements for packaging, social media, ads, and all marketing needs.
• Adapt designs to various sizes and formats as needed for different packaging types.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative design ideas.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and execution.

Software Proficiency:

• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for all design projects.
• Employ other relevant graphic design software and tools as needed (e.g., CorelDRAW, Sketch, Figma).
• Stay updated with the latest design software and technology trends.

Project Management:

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.
• Maintain organized files and documentation for all design projects.
• Provide input and feedback during project reviews and collaborate on revisions as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing packaging label designs.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Experience with printing processes and packaging production is a plus.
