Graphic Designer

Description:

Position Overview: We are seeking a Production Graphic Designer responsible for entry-level to medium-level graphic design work, cutting vinyl graphics & labels, making smaller signs (yard signs, banners, etc.), and providing excellent customer service to customers on the phone, coming in to place orders or to pickup orders. This position will require working on multiple projects and juggling deadlines; multitasking with organization is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform graphic design tasks using Adobe Illustrator. (logo design, signage design, etc.)
• Setup print files for us to print or other vendors
• Cut vinyl graphics & labels.
• Create smaller signs such as yard signs and banners.
• Provide customer service, including taking orders and addressing customer inquiries.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in graphic design, with knowledge of Adobe Illustrator.
• Experience preferred but not necessary with a portfolio directed towards what we are looking for.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
