We are seeking a talented and innovative Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. This multifaceted role involves crafting visually engaging materials and designing an intuitive online experience that resonates with our clients and community. Responsibilities:
- Design and build web display ads, website content, banners, and email campaigns
- Design print ads, brochures, billboards, etc.
- Custom image creation and editing for blogs, social media and infographic displays
- Maintain and evolve the firm’s brand identity, ensuring consistency in visual elements across all communication platforms
- Work closely with the marketing and management team to understand and address the specific needs of different audience segments
- Keep abreast of design trends and best practices to ensure our visuals and web presence are modern and effective
- Design, update, and optimize the firm’s website for user experience and accessibility, ensuring that it aligns with brand guidelines
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
- Collaborate with web developers and content creators to improve website functionality and content
- Other duties as assigned
- This role is located at our Beverly Hills office and requires physical presence on-site.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Web Design, or a related field, preferred
- At least 5 years of graphic and web design experience, preferably within a law firm or corporate environment
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other graphic design tools
- Proficiency in web design tools such as WordPress, and HTML/CSS
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Ability to maintain professionalism, always responding calmly and courteously
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently with minimal supervision
