Responsibilities:
- Utilize strong art direction skills to create visually compelling designs that resonate with our target audience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver design solutions that meet business objectives.
- Translate complex ideas into intuitive and engaging user experiences through UX/UI design principles.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud software suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, XD) proficiently to create stunning visuals.
- Demonstrate expertise in related software such as Sketch, Figma, Canva, and PowerPoint.
- Apply graphic design experience within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry to create impactful designs.
- Utilize 3D design skills to enhance visual presentations and assets.
- Apply motion graphics and video editing/storyboarding skills to create dynamic multimedia content.
- Utilize website design experience to enhance our online presence.
- Elevate the visual brand within established guidelines while infusing fresh creativity.
- Ideate and conceptualize quickly to meet project deadlines.
- Manage time efficiently and work independently to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Embrace constructive feedback, adapt to direction, and iterate on designs accordingly.
- Demonstrate a "rolled-up sleeves" attitude, diving into projects with enthusiasm and dedication.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is preferred to enhance digital design capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Experience level: Experienced
- Minimum 4 years of experience
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
- Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud software suite.
- Understanding of UX/UI principles and related software.
- Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
- Experience with 3D design, motion graphics, video editing/storyboarding, and website design is preferred.
- Strong time management skills and ability to work autonomously.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
