Description:
The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with strong artistic skills capable of developing original, eye-catching graphic content to enhance storytelling and the Crawford brand perception. Knowledge of (or a strong curiosity to learn about) sports architecture and construction-related industries is a plus.
Responsibilities Include:
- Manage the publication design process, including storyboarding, content development, layout, proofing and printing.
- Work quickly and efficiently on multiple design projects with quick turnaround times.
- Develop eye-catching creative assets, images, and infographics.
- Design and create logos, slide decks, and leave-behind documents for internal and external needs.
- Work alongside senior leadership, architects, and designers to provide concept diagrams/illustrations across multiple offices.
- Transform generic, text-heavy documents and presentations into visually engaging, concise, interactive experiences.
- Coordinate requests for information from consultant partners
- Maintain and update social media and website graphics as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 0-2 Years of Experience.
- Degree in Graphic Design, Media Arts, or related creative field or equivalent work experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign and Photoshop.
- Excellent editorial design skills, visual creativity, strong understanding of typography.
- Experience with the layout, design, and management of large publication documents.
- Solid understanding of printing/e-publishing processes.
- Ability to coordinate with outside agencies, photographers, printers, etc.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Available to work overtime/weekends as needed.
