Primary Responsibilities
- Concept, Design and Deliver Collaterals for Use Across All Communications Channels, Including Electronic, Print, Web Applications, Video and Social Media
- Ensure the Company's Brand Identity is Consistent in Brochures, Flyers, Emails, Web Page Designs, Infographics, etc.
- Collaborate Across Departments to Produce Culturally Relevant and User Centered Communications and Campaigns
- Develop Client-Specific Promotional Concepts Based on Culture and Utilization Data
- Maintain Responsibility for Print and Electronic Communications Distribution Schedules
- Work with Print Vendors to Manage Production Schedules and Delivery of Materials
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Three (3) Years of Professional Marketing and Communications Experience as an In-House Designer
- Keen Eye for Design and Evolving Design Trends Evidenced in a Strong Portfolio
- Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, Squarespace and Constant Contact
- Excellent Communication Skills, Including Creative and Written Competencies
- High Sense of Personal Accountability and Ownership
- Self-Motivated, Organized and Detail-Oriented
