Graphic Designer

Description:

This is an entry level position ideal for someone still in school or a recent graduate with graphic design degree who is looking to join a top audio and tech brand and dynamic marketing team.

Do you love to create engaging content? Are you constantly thinking of cool ideas? Do you like to explore new trends and test creative concepts? This position is production heavy. You will be preparing packaging files for print production. Updating packaging and manuals files with rolling changes. Creating packaging mock ups and assisting Creative Director & other team members as needed.

Responsibilities could include:

-Using design software to create graphics

-Product Charts

-Digital Media Ads

-Build out supporting Campaign assets

-International Support

-Sales Support

-Assist on photoshoots

-Collaborating with team members to create content for packaging and social media posts

-Brainstorming & concepting

-Rolling Changes

-File Prep for production

-Creating proofs/mock ups

-Effectively communicating (in person, or via email) to ensure design projects are completed accurately, and on time

-Following oral and written directions

-Working closely with other team members in a positive manner

-Prioritizing design projects and multi-tasking to maximize productivity

-Performing consistently and accurately when handling highly-detailed tasks

-Maintaining an organized and clean work environment

-Willingness to learn

Requirements:

-Proficient Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, & InDesign)

-Positive attitude and enthusiastic personality

-Artistic creativity – You must be able to generate original ideas in addition to drawing inspiration from others -Pride in performance – We want you to love what you do, and to take pride in the designs you create

-Strong computer skills (design and word processing)

-Desire/aptitude to learn and grow

-Extreme attention to detail

-Ability to accept feedback with an open and positive attitude
