Hill & Partners is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Graphic Designer/Production Artist to join our Creative Team in our Weymouth, MA location.

The designer will have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. They will effortlessly manage multiple timelines, internal communication, and production of graphics for our clients’ Brand Environments. The designer will have the opportunity to work directly with global brands in support of their overall face-to-face marketing objectives. A customer service mindset is a must, both for internal and external customers. A tech-savvy problem solver is preferred. A portion of this role will be centered around the production of large format environmental graphics for our Brand Environments. Additionally, the designer will have ample opportunity to leverage their creativity in support of our internal marketing efforts, as well as in service of our clients. Aptitude in additional creative media is encouraged!

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in a graphic design and production role. Trade show or Environmental graphics a plus.
• Mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite – Emphasis on Ai, Id, & Ps
• Basic understanding of digital media production required.
• Excellent time-management and organization skills. A creative project manager.
• Self-motivated and passionate contributor with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to pivot between working individually/independent problem solving, and consistently collaborating with the team.
• Exceptional customer service skills and a positive attitude.
• Dependable and flexible, able respond to changing requirements with tight deadlines in a fast paced, high volume production environment.
• Ability to present and communicate effectively to all stakeholders, internal & external.
