Graphic Designer

Description:

Responsibilities:

• Graphic Design: Create visually appealing and cohesive designs for digital and print materials, including but not limited to social media graphics, promotional materials, event signage, and merchandise.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure consistent application of XO Marriage's visual identity and brand guidelines across all design projects.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, digital media content team, and other departments to understand design requirements and translate concepts into compelling visual assets.
• Project/Time Management: Meet project deadlines and manage multiple design projects simultaneously.
• Innovation: Stay abreast of design trends and bring fresh, creative ideas to the table to elevate XO Marriage's visual presence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Must submit a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects.
• Minimum of 1 year of Graphic Design experience.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and branding.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Technological savvy and comfort navigating and learning new systems. (Mac OS, Gmail, Word, Excel, Slack, Google Doc., Monday.com, etc.)
• Believer in Christ whose morals and values align with the mission and vision of XO Marriage
