As a Graphic Designer, you will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing and developing creative design solutions. You will work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment to create exceptional artwork, maintaining consistency with brand standards and objectives.

Responsibilities:
 

  • Collaborate effectively with leadership, clients, and cross-functional teams to develop innovative design solutions.
  • Contribute to the development of seasonal and everyday art collections, enriching our archive of exclusive art.
  • Produce inspirational artwork, sketches, mood boards, graphics, layouts, and visuals to support project objectives.
  • Review final designs to ensure alignment with departmental and corporate brand standards.
  • Stay updated with art, typography, design, and marketing trends for ongoing inspiration.
  • Maintain accurate project records and monitor progress through MARVIN and other team records.
  • Proactively anticipate and troubleshoot potential obstacles to maintain project momentum.
  • Deliver high-quality work consistently, even under tight deadlines.
  • Foster positive working relationships across departments to ensure a cohesive creative process.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work station while being adaptable to additional tasks as needed.

     

Qualifications:
 

  • Experience level: Experienced
  • Minimum 2 years of experience
  • Education: Bachelors
  • Previous experience or qualifications in a related field with demonstrable professional graphic design skills.
  • Strong sense of color, style, typography, and design.
  • Proficient in Mac and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Knowledgeable about relevant software, techniques, and industry trends.
  • Excellent analytical, research, and presentation skills.
  • Openness to feedback and a collaborative mindset.
  • Strong work ethic, flexibility, reliability, and accountability.
  • Ability to problem-solve with patience and intelligence.
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills.
  • Willingness and ability to perform duties at the corporate office in Oklahoma City.
