Create visually appealing and on-brand designs for a variety of marketing materials from print (POP), digital, email, and social graphics.
Maintain and develop the brand's visual identity, ensuring consistency and coherence in all design elements.
Generate comps and storyboards to support creative ideas.
Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative to support campaign objectives.
Work with project manager to exceed or meet all deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Build and foster relationships with cross-functional teams.
Communicate both in conversation and in writing, with an emphasis on pitching and presentations, running work-sessions and articulating and defending creative decisions.
Qualifications:
Experience level: Experienced
Minimum 3 years of experience
Education: Bachelors
Proficiency in Adobe Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop with working knowledge of programs such as AfterEffects and Adobe XD.
Strong understanding of the different technical nuances of all channels including file types, file size ramifications, terminology, and specs.
Strong storyboarding illustration and photo manipulation comp skills.
Proficiency in presentation programs such as Keynote and PowerPoint.
Strong understanding of social platforms, its capabilities, and how to optimize designs for each of them (Instagram, Snapchat, Facebook, etc.).
Understanding of AI programs is a plus (MidJourney, Dally, Firefly, etc.).
Expertise with project management software tools.
Ability to work independently and with a team.
A problem-solver who's highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines at once.
