Description:
Primary Responsibilities:
- Meeting and collaborating with business units to determine the message the design should convey, gather any preferences, and advise on strategies to reach target audience.
- Creating visual messages, graphics and media that adhere to the Firefighters First brand and creative guidelines. This includes leveraging tools such as AI to help in the design/creation of content and using other multimedia tools such as animation to bring graphics to life (e.g. 2D and 3D).
- Ensuring final graphics and layouts are accurate, complete, visually appealing, on-brand, and represent a local feel.
- Building, organizing, tagging, and maintaining FFCU’s photo library.
- Providing creative input and design support for special projects, events, and campaigns as needed.
- Responsible for executing photoshoots and post-production photo editing.
Basic Qualifications:
- Education: BA/BFA in Graphic Design or another relevant media/arts field, or equivalent
- Preferred Financial services and/or credit union work experience.
- Four years’ experience in commercial design.
- Advanced Experience with Adobe CC (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier, After Effects, InDesign) Figma, Canva, and or Adobe XD, Web Designs, Multimedia, and WordPress
- Experience working with Css3, HTML5 (Familiarity with JavaScript a bonus)
- Experience with using Apple products (iPhone, MacBook)
