OBJECTIVES
- Design and develop landing pages that are visually appealing, user-friendly, and optimized for conversions
- Ensure the pages effectively communicate the campaign's message and value proposition
- Create eye-catching digital ad creatives (e.g., banners, display ads) that align with the campaign's branding and objectives
- Develop visually appealing and persuasive social media ad content (e.g., images, videos) tailored to various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Adapt ad creatives to suit the target audience and campaign goals
- Continuously A/B test ad and landing page creatives to identify what resonates best with the target audience and generates the highest conversion rates
- Use data-driven insights to refine and optimize design elements
- Know the latest design trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging technologies
- Work closely with marketing, content, and development teams to ensure alignment of design elements with campaign goals
- Maintain open communication channels to incorporate feedback and make necessary adjustments
COMPETENCIES
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create visually appealing and high-quality digital assets
- Understanding of UX design principles to create landing pages that are user-friendly and optimized for conversions
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and strategies, including lead generation tactics, PPC (Pay-Per-Click) advertising, and social media marketing.
- Ability to conduct A/B testing and analyze performance data (e.g., click-through rates, conversion rates) to identify areas for improvement.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics and A/B testing platforms is valuable for optimization efforts
- Creative thinking to design innovative and attention-grabbing ad creatives and landing pages.
- Ability to adapt to changing design trends, platforms, and campaign requirements is crucial in the fast-paced digital landscape
