As part of the Marketing Department, the Graphic Designer II will work on a highly collaborative team and provide graphic design support for both print and digital production. Working under the direction of the Creative Manager, designers demonstrate clear creative vision and are familiar working across mediums including print, digital, video and environmental design.

You’ve been part of the creative industry for several years now and have a lot to offer in the way of budding design trends. You’ve got an outstanding foundation in the craft of design and are continually growing your knowledge of design systems. You’re efficient with your time, know your way around the latest design software and have a solid understanding of the day-to-day operations of a design studio or marketing team.

Your comprehensive knowledge of graphic design principles nurtures your love for brand storytelling. You can balance multiple projects and are cool taking feedback and direction from senior team members. In addition to your outstanding design skills, you’re proactive, collaborative and want to help build our team culture.

We are passionate storytellers who keep our company on brand and looking good. We have the privilege of collaborating with an international team of marketers, sales reps, product managers and engineers to create the highest quality and fun fitness equipment in the industry.

Experience And Responsibility

  • 5 years of agency, in-house or start-up design experience and work
  • A degree in design, marketing, or experience in a related field
  • A solid foundation in typography, layout, composition, and systematic design
  • An in-depth understanding of Adobe CC and Microsoft 365 Suite
  • Design incredibly polished work that represents our brands through websites, social media, email marketing, large format graphics and collateral
  • Rapidly iterate on design concepts from initial briefing through final delivery
  • Work closely with and across a team of marketeers, product managers and fellow designers
  • Inspire new ways of thinking and explore the unknown using fresh and unique approaches to design problems
  • Passion for fitness, wellness, or sports and for creating high-quality work
  • Knowledge of Salesforce a plus
  • Ability to quickly grasp new concepts and software and the desire to seek out educational resources when challenges arise
  • Curiosity and the love of trend/market research
  • A fascination with innovation and technology and a solid understanding of digital tools and trends
  • Pre- and post-production skills for video production a plus
