Description:
As a Graphic Artist, you'll apply brand style guides and ensure consistency across channel assets and create compelling and engaging designs for organizational and third-party platforms, and you'll prepare and release files according to production specifications. You'll work as a part of a close-knit team of Designers, Copywriters, Producers, Creative Leads, and Marketing Partners. The ideal candidate must have excellent interpersonal, communication (verbal and written), and teamwork skills that will enable you to earn the trust of your cross-functional team.
Responsibilities:
- Effectively apply brand style guidelines and governance and ensure consistency across channel assets.
- Create and deliver final artwork files and digital assets ready for reproduction, publishing, and localization.
- Leverage and optimize designs.
- Ensure all files and digital assets on the DAM system are stored, organized, and named per the current processes and standards.
- Prepare layout and designs following guidelines and brand styling.
- Maintain brand consistency and standards across all media, crop images and prep files for digital assets.
- Assist with the production of image assets for web and on-site personalization.
- Evaluate layouts with art directors, offering solutions.
- Use storytelling/layout, graphics, and typography skills.
- Prepare all files for final output and maintain and check files for technical accuracy.
- Execute the production work and be able to work with others to complete projects on time and to the highest quality.
Qualifications:
- Experience level: Experienced
- Education: Bachelors
- 3-5 years experience.
- Proficiency in technical skills and tools needed to execute project work (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe Animate, Keynote, Adobe XD, Microsoft Teams, Workfront, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of digital and print production environments.
- Must have excellent interpersonal, communication (verbal and written), and teamwork skills that will enable you to earn the trust of your cross-functional team.
