When the workload spikes, we need a freelance designer who regularly works with us to manage, prepare and complete artwork for print and digital media, ensuring that work goes out the door error-free and ready to impress internal and client audiences.

This role has the flexibility to be on-site, hybrid, or remote, however you work best! In any format, you will work with Morley’s award-winning in-house Creative team to translate business goals into innovative, meaningful and differentiated digital, interactive, social and viral brand experiences.

You will roll up your sleeves and execute complex design and communication strategies, and dynamic customer-centric deliverables for print, digital and live event experiences. Be prepared to develop concepts into relevant and meaningful storytelling and create performance-driven designs that resonate, motivate and grow our brand and the brands of our Fortune 500 clients.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver high-quality press-ready and / or digital designs based on existing art direction or brand guidelines for:
    • Web and mobile apps
    • Large-format graphics
    • Interactive documents
    • Proposals & presentations
    • Multimedia pieces
    • Traditional print marketing materials
    • Social media
    • Online advertising and email campaigns
  • Provide image retouching and manipulation
  • Package and prepare files for release to printers
  • Maintain production files, including fonts, images, logos and other artwork
  • Improve processes as new and streamlined tactics become apparent
  • Work collaboratively with Creative Director, Art Directors, Graphic Designers, and Creative Production Coordinators
  • Manage multiple projects at once while meeting all deadlines, prioritizing work to accommodate tight timelines required by clients in all U.S. time zones
  • Ensure brand consistency
  • Keep up to date with trends across culture, design, technology, e-commerce, social media, graphic design, photography, and video; propose new ideas; and share insights with the team
