Essential Job Functions:
- Works with other creative team members to produce content for our website.
- Delivers professional, high-quality imagery through product photography and editing.
- Creates web content including headers, banners, and branding that aligns with Amron’s visual identity.
- Helps maintain daily operations of the website.
- Efficiently furnishes a high-volume of webpages.
- Conducts analysis to assure information is accurate and complete by researching and assessing brands and product information.
- Uploads images and any necessary attachments.
- Produces written content with a strong grasp of grammar and style while staying consistent and on-brand.
- Proofreads to produce accurate marketing content.
- Uses HTML to input information, charts, and tables.
- Organizes product/brand taxonomies, categories, and catalogues.
- Optimizes web pages for higher SEO by managing relevant meta and URLs.
- Audits and updates existing product page content and SEO.
- Familiar with our content publishing guidelines.
- Responsible for quality assurance of content.
- Performs scheduled and ad hoc website content reviews.
- Identifies areas of improvement and makes necessary recommendations.
- Performs item reviews on a brand-by-brand basis and provides recommendations for changes.
- Documents processes and creates procedures as needed.
Qualifications and Required Skills/Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Computer Science, or other related discipline.
Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient technical knowledge of DLSR camera, must be able to troubleshoot.
- Advanced working knowledge of product photography, staging and lighting.
- Must know how to handle the archive management of images, edits, branding, and written content.
- Proficient in HTML.
- Must be well versed in SEO.
- Proficient working with the following software programs: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, HTML.
- Experience with Magento platform architecture is a plus but not required.
- Candidate must pay high attention to detail, be consistently organized, self-motivated and demonstrate initiative.
- Advanced writing, grammar, spelling, editing, and English skills required.
- Candidate must be efficient and good with time management.
- Must possess the ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously with limited direct supervision.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, intermediate level Excel skills required.
- Familiar with Content Management Systems.
- Familiar with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning System).
