Graphic Designer

Description:

Nu Skin’s Global Brand Marketing group is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. If you have a strong understanding of and experience in packaging, branding, and content creation, we’d love to meet you. In this role, you’ll create visually stunning designs that communicate our brand’s message and values while inspiring, informing, and captivating our customers. You’ll produce aesthetically pleasing, on-brand, compelling designs and visuals to support all things brand-related. You’ll work closely with the creative, marketing, and product teams and other departments to ensure you complete all design projects to a high standard. The role will report to the senior Art Director or Creative Director.

What you'll do:

• Create brand design projects including social posts, web content, logos, product identity guidelines, and other promotional materials.

• Develop and maintain our brand guidelines, visual style, design direction, and marketing collateral materials.

• Work both independently and collaboratively with creative leaders to create engaging, thoughtful packaging design solutions for all product lines and packages.

• Work with senior designer/art director to execute and direct product, social and model photo shoots.

• Assist with art direction, while learning how to art direct.

• Provide visual direction and brand training to other staff as needed.

• Prepare design proofs before they are sent to vendors.

• Prepare product comps, renderings, and final mechanicals.

• Consistently implement design standards as specified by the Art Director and Creative Director.

What you'll need:

• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in graphic design.

• Strong portfolio of design work.

• Proficiency with Mac computers.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, Microsoft PPT, Word.

• Must have a proficient understanding of print and postproduction processes.

• BFA in graphic design (related fields will be considered)
