Description:
QinetiQ US seeks a Graphic Designer with experience creating and managing both print and digital communications for executive leadership in a federal agency. Excellent judgment, communication skills, and knowledge of graphic design are required, and the ideal candidate will be an innovative thinker who thrives in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Use graphic design software – including Adobe Creative Cloud, Publisher, and other products – to identify, create, and implement print and digital communication strategies for agency leadership and the organization as a whole.
- Provide innovative visual communication solutions that help solve communication challenges or inefficiencies.
- Advise, plan, and implement digital strategies to enhance the way the client interacts with internal and external stakeholders via traditional and new communication channels.
- Create and organize a user-friendly branding toolbox for the organization.
- Independently research and create visually informative graphics to appropriately represent key issues to stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to introduce QinetiQ solutions that address existing and anticipated challenges.
Required Qualifications:
- Three to five years of experience delivering high-quality digital communication solutions in sensitive, high-pressure, and fast-paced environments.
- Experience successfully using innovative branding and visual communications software including, but not limited to, Adobe Creative Cloud Suite.
- Strong judgement and the ability to navigate stakeholder priorities and solve client challenges.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to learn new, dynamic issues and plan, design, and implement internal and external initiatives that advance leadership priorities.
- Creativity, teamwork, and time management skills.
- Comfortable with shifting priorities and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder requests.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain a security clearance from the U.S. government.
