What You'll Do:

• Run the Show: Oversee all lab operations, from managing the budget to ensuring equipment is in tip-top shape.
• Be a Tech Guru: Maintain and troubleshoot all equipment in our studios and the digital printing gear. If it is connected, displays, or prints, you've got it covered!
• Support the Crew: Provide guidance and support to students and faculty, helping them achieve their project goals.
• Safety First: Implement and monitor safety procedures to keep our lab a safe and productive environment.
• Learn, Train & Mentor: Participate in manufacturer training on gear from Canon, and then develop engaging training materials for our students.
• Stay Organized & Mentor: Manage schedules, and tasks, and even handle a bit of payroll while you supervise the daily activities of the work-study students. Multitasking is your middle name!

Who We're Looking For:

• Experience Matters Most: We're looking for someone with hands-on professional experience managing technical aspects of a lab or similar environment. No need for specific degrees here-if you've got the skills and know-how, you're exactly who we want!
• Tech-Savvy: You're not just familiar with digital printing-you're proficient.
• Troubleshooting and maintaining equipment is second nature to you.
• Organizational Wiz: Strong organizational and budget management skills are a must. You can juggle tasks and keep everything running smoothly.
• People Person: You're a great communicator with a knack for teaching and leading others.

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Graphic Design Know-How: Previous experience in a graphic design or printing lab environment? We'd love to hear about it!
