Graphic Design Assistant

Description:

As the Inventory & Product Photography/Graphic Design Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate inventory records and producing high-quality product photos and designs. Your contributions will directly impact our product listings, driving sales and elevating our brand. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, self-sufficient, and creative, with a strong eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

• Organize, manage, and update product inventory in our system (e.g., Shopify).
• Ensure accurate and detailed product descriptions, SKUs, and stock levels.
• Capture high-quality product photography for new and existing items.
• Edit photos using Lightroom and Photoshop, ensuring images align with our brand’s aesthetic.
• Design promotional banners and graphics for social media and website use (Canva/Photoshop).
• Assist with creating visual content to drive sales and improve product listings.

Qualifications:

• Experience with inventory management, preferably in e-commerce (Shopify or similar).
• Strong skills in product photography, including styling and editing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and Canva.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and work independently.
• Attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required.
